Service Operations Oversight:

Team Leadership and Development:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of service team members, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to service managers and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular reviews to assess progress and address any issues.
- Encourage collaboration within the team through open communication and regular meetings to align on objectives.
- Implement strategies to motivate team members and promote a positive work environment.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute regional service strategies that align with the overall objectives of General Informatics.
- Identify growth opportunities within the region and collaborate with senior management to expand service operations.
- Manage regional budgets to ensure cost-effective service operations that meet financial goals.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards in all service operations.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity within the IT services sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing service operations and leading teams across multiple locations.
- Strong knowledge of managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
This position may require occasional travel. Work is conducted in an office environment, necessitating the ability to operate standard office equipment and perform tasks such as walking short distances.
The compensation for this role is anticipated to range from $85,000 to $175,000 annually, with variations based on market location, experience, and skills. The total compensation package includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, Paid Time Off, and parental leave.
