Job Summary

The Psychiatric Unit Support Specialist contributes to the delivery of quality care and patient outcomes by maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and care to patients as assigned
  • Assist with data collection and documentation
  • Implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
Requirements

Education:

High school diploma and equivalent experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Services preferred.

Demonstrates a proficiency in all aspects at the entry-level position. Must be able to annually demonstrate competency in seclusion and restraint training.
