Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time paid internship opportunity for a Business Support role to start in January 2025. The ideal candidate will have part-time availability working in our office, averaging 20+ hours each week depending on their availability.

Responsibilities
  • Gaining a basic understanding of tax processing workflows through the office.
  • Scanning and reviewing tax documents for SurePrep.
  • Assembling and processing individual, partnership, and business tax returns.
  • Distributing and maintaining supplies in different departments.
  • Assisting with research CPE planning/tracking support as needed.
Requirements

We are looking for Business, Accounting, or Communications students who are currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program. Students must be returning to school to be eligible. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational skills, are required. Good data entry skills with emphasis on speed and accuracy are also necessary. The ideal candidate must be able to meet deadlines, be proactive, and have solid multi-tasking skills.
