Job DescriptionAt Valley View Village, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents. As a Certified Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring their health and well-being by providing medication administration, reviewing care plans, and assisting with daily living activities. This is a Full-Time (Night) opportunity with a rotating schedule, offering a competitive salary of $39,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and administer medications in accordance with Valley View Village's policies.
  • Review and follow a written care plan for each resident.
  • Measure and record vital signs on new computerized software.
  • Assist with various resident cares such as answering light calls, feeding and helping residents to the bathroom.
  • Administer topical treatments as prescribed.

Requirements
  • Must hold current, valid CMA / CNA licenses in the state of Iowa.
  • CPR certification required.
