Job Title: Training and Communication Administrative Specialist

ICF is seeking a highly skilled Training and Communication Administrative Specialist to support a national technical assistance project. The project aims to develop and maintain a national case coordination program for unaccompanied children in Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) custody.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for project deliverables, including staff hiring, clearances, orientation, ongoing training, and continuous quality improvement.
  • Support materials for client updates and other external reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Training and Communication teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Coordinate internal and external reporting, including meeting coordination and agenda preparation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-year professional project coordination experience, including coordinating projects, tasks, deliverables, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project staff and external partners.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills:
  • Working knowledge of Unaccompanied Children, ORR, and child welfare.
  • Experience working for a refugee program.
  • Basic proficiency in the use of Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar applications.
Professional Skills:
  • Ability to promote and contribute to an equitable and inclusive organizational culture and environment.
  • Strong team player with excellent project coordination skills and a focus on TA project coordination.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
