Speech & Language Pathologist Opportunity

CVHCare, a leading provider of home health clinical services, is seeking a skilled Speech & Language Pathologist to join our team in Woodland Hills, CA. As a Speech & Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, voice, swallowing, and other related disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to maximize communication skills and abilities
  • Participate in case conferences and in-services to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
  • Work with patients to develop reliable communication skills and maximize speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of SLP experience and a Speech Language Pathology license in good standing
  • Reliable transportation and auto insurance
  • CPR certification
  • Successful completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under supervision of a licensed professional
  • Active CA Speech & Language Pathologist license
  • Good computer skills and ability to complete EMR documentation in a timely manner

Work Schedule:

Per Diem (6-10 visits per week) with non-traditional schedules available, including Thursday-Monday. Locations include Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Moorpark, Newbury Park, Oak Park, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, and Westlake Village.

Compensation:

Based on a full-time schedule.
