Job Summary:
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and document patient speech therapy data, identifying changes and trends in physical and emotional parameters.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, modifying or changing programs as needed.
- Provide instruction to patients on ways to monitor speech and practice new skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation as required by law, establishment policy, and administrative regulation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice required.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
