CVHCare Home Health is seeking a skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team in Woodland Hills, CA. As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, voice, swallowing, and other related disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize communication skills and swallowing abilities
- Participate in case conferences and in-services to ensure comprehensive care
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Active CA Speech and Language Pathologist license
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance
- CPR certification
- Successful completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under supervision of a licensed professional
We offer a per diem schedule with 6-10 visits per week, non-traditional schedules available, and a competitive compensation package based on a full-time schedule.
