We are seeking a skilled Mobile Health Screener to join our team at Premise Health. As a Mobile Health Screener, you will be responsible for performing health screenings at local companies within your area.

- Flexible Schedule: As a Mobile Health Screener, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you best.
- Mileage Reimbursement: We offer mileage reimbursement to our employees to help offset the costs of traveling to and from work.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
- CPR Certification: You must have current CPR certification, which includes a hands-on evaluation of skills by a trainer or instructor.
- Phlebotomy Certification: You must have current national certification in phlebotomy from a Premise Health-approved organization or one of the following: a certificate or diploma and transcripts from an accredited phlebotomy program with a hands-on externship completed, or over 100 successful finger sticks within the last year or a minimum of 200 successful venipuncture blood draws within the last 6 months.
You must have morning availability (Monday-Friday) for event-based employment. Other duties may be required, and you may be required to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends. Travel for training may occasionally be required.
