Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop deep relationships with assigned Pacvue clients, providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
  • Work closely with internal departments to foster account growth and expansion through new products and markets.
  • Serve as a tactical and strategic advisor for priority accounts, maintaining strong relationships with key agencies and brands.
  • Escalate client issues, leveraging client-centric problem-solving skills to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date on the Pacvue platform and retail media landscape, contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives and participating in webinars as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Pacvue Training and Education team to develop educational content for product onboarding and user training.
  • Analyze processes and implement improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
