SMG is a leading Retail Media Network agency that provides consultancy, evaluation, and a white-label in-house solution to its clients. With over 10 Retail Media Networks built, run, and operated by our agency, we are confident in our ability to deliver results-driven campaigns.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Client Manager to join our agency partnership with the first travel retail media network in the US. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective campaigns that drive results for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail media and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns. You will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a hybrid-remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies that meet client goals and objectives
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and brands
  • Analyze data and financial reports to inform campaign decisions
  • Collaborate with the team to create compelling retail media campaigns that align with our vision and meet the goals of the brands
Requirements
  • Omnichannel retail media experience
  • A background in marketing, retail media, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), media agency, sales, or retail tech
  • Working knowledge of data and financial reporting
  • Impeccable stakeholder management skills
