We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Mental Health Associates at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Mental Health Associate, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to individuals with serious mental illness, supporting their recovery and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care and support to individuals with serious mental illness, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and therapeutic interventions.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in behavioral health.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience working in a behavioral health setting, preferably with individuals with serious mental illness.
- Ability to work as a member of a direct care team, supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions.
- Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
- Competitive hourly wage: $22.00 per hour, with an additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
