Job Title: Qualified Mental Health Professional I

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Qualified Mental Health Professional I to join our team at Jackson County, OR. As a key member of our mental health team, you will provide clinical services, including comprehensive mental health treatment, assessments, and therapy to individuals and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans with measurable objectives.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy, education, outreach, and support to clients and families.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based and fidelity models of care.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships at all levels.
  • Perform crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral science field.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Knowledge of community resources, de-escalation techniques, and Oregon Administrative Rules.
  • Ability to assess status of individuals and families for needs and services.
