About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Associate to join our team at the Beckett Center, a 14-bed crisis residential facility serving adults experiencing a mental health crisis.

As a Residential Associate, you will work as a member of a direct care team, supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients in developing life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Performing housekeeping and meal preparation tasks
  • Administering medication as prescribed
  • Keeping accurate clinical documentation

What You'll Need

To be eligible for this position, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or a related field
  • Minimum three years of verifiable behavioral health experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
  • Equivalent combination of behavioral science education and satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience and training

Additionally, you must have a valid Oregon driver's license, maintain a safe driving record, and be able to pass a DHS criminal background check.
