About the Role

Soleo Health is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our Specialty Home Infusion Pharmacy in Hoover, AL. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the management of the pharmacy and ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage pharmacy operations to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with USP 797 and 800 standards, as well as state and federal regulations.
  • Provide clinical monitoring and dispensing services to patients, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of medications.
  • Lead and develop a team of pharmacists, technicians, and interns to ensure excellent patient care and service.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide support to the sales team as needed.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and applicable state licensure in good standing.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmacy management, preferably in a specialty or home infusion setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience in pharmacy software and systems.
