Pharmacy Director

Soleo Health is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Specialty Home Infusion Pharmacy in Hoover, AL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and interns.
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the pharmacy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the pharmacy remains compliant and competitive.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree and applicable state licensure.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmacy management, preferably in a specialty pharmacy or home infusion setting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience in pharmacy software and systems.
