Sales and Business Development Manager

Hire Energy, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a professional appearance, and providing exceptional customer service.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $20-$22 per hour, with a generous commission plan available after the probationary period. This is a Monday to Friday 8am-5pm role.
Key Responsibilities- Taking inbound calls and performing business-to-business warm and cold calls to drive sales growth
- Maintaining a professional appearance in the office at all times
- Providing superior customer service to existing and potential clients
- Up-to-date resume demonstrating relevant experience
- Previous sales experience, with a focus on business-to-business sales
- Cold calling experience, with a proven track record of success
- Customer service and/or call center experience is highly desirable
