Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at CSM Corporation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall management and operation of our hotel, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve guest satisfaction, and increase profitability.
  • Lead and manage a team of hotel staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve maximum revenue potential.
  • Manage expenses, budgets, and forecasts to ensure financial performance meets company expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the hotel operation to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of hotel staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
