Position Summary:

This role entails managing the financial closing processes for US-based subsidiaries and the global consolidation of monthly financial outcomes. Operating from our corporate headquarters, you will acquire invaluable experience in Accounting, with prospects for career advancement within the Finance division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the general ledger for US-based subsidiaries, including the preparation of journal entries.
  • Analyze subsidiary results and reconcile intercompany transactions.
  • Ensure the accuracy of intercompany invoicing and address any discrepancies.
  • Work in conjunction with the tax team to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
  • Prepare consolidated global financial statements and perform account reconciliations.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve accounting efficiency.
  • Maintain robust internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies.
  • Lead cross-departmental projects that influence accounting processes.
  • Serve as a primary contact for SAP-related troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • A minor in Computer Information Systems is a plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional Accounting experience.
  • Experience in intercompany accounting practices.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Excel is preferred.
