About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as the Director of Human Resources for the National Tennis Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and policy development, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support the growth and success of the National Tennis Center
  • Lead the recruitment and hiring process for all positions, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with department directors to develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related functions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support HR initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and policy development
  • SHRM certification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
