The Paper Store is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service by utilizing the G.U.E.S.T. service approach
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale
  • Stock shelves, recover the sales floor, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
  • Perform ear piercings and provide a safe and sanitary experience for customers (select locations)
Requirements
  • Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
