Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at TD Management Group Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating introductions, and supporting our clients to ensure a seamless matchmaking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and coordinate introductions for clients in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Coach and support clients to fine-tune the matchmaking process.
  • Partner with Matchmakers and Membership Sales Counselors to exceed matchmaking goals and foster team success.
  • Document member feedback and update records in the matchmaking database.
  • Perform general matchmaking administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recruiting, Membership Sales, Admissions, Timeshare/Vacation Sales, Modeling Sales, or Leasing Consultant experience.
  • Efficient with Microsoft Office (3 years) and office experience (5 years).
