Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at TD Management Group Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating introductions, and supporting our clients to ensure a seamless matchmaking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and coordinate introductions for clients in accordance with company guidelines.
- Coach and support clients to fine-tune the matchmaking process.
- Partner with Matchmakers and Membership Sales Counselors to exceed matchmaking goals and foster team success.
- Document member feedback and update records in the matchmaking database.
- Perform general matchmaking administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong attention to detail and active listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recruiting, Membership Sales, Admissions, Timeshare/Vacation Sales, Modeling Sales, or Leasing Consultant experience.
- Efficient with Microsoft Office (3 years) and office experience (5 years).
