Customer Service Representative

IONOS Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving technical issues, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot technical and billing concerns
  • Recommend and sell products and services to customers
  • Manage workload efficiently and meet departmental goals
Requirements:
  • Technical support and customer service experience
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing products and processes
  • General familiarity with computer functionality and internet use
