We're offering an estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Job Description:

  • Provide psychosocial evaluations, ongoing counseling during the end-of-life journey, and emotional support to patients and families when needed.
  • Work in accordance with the plan of care and have access to supportive leadership and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A MS degree in social work from an accredited school of social work approved by the Council of Social Work Education.
  • A current state license as a social worker.
  • 2+ years of clinical work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, lift at least 25lbs, and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
