Healthcare Operations Coordinator

Seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team at National Lutheran Communities & Services. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient operation of our nursing department, directly impacting patient care.
We are offering a competitive salary of $20-$25 per hour, based on skills and experience, for this full-time position.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in healthcare scheduling, with a preference for those who have worked in assisted living environments. Proficiency in scheduling software is essential, along with strong organizational and time management skills.
A key responsibility of this role will be to coordinate staffing coverage, manage master schedules, and navigate budgetary constraints and staff availability. You will also provide administrative support to the Nursing Department, properly coding timesheets, creating staffing schedules, and maintaining attendance records.
