The National Lutheran Communities & Services is seeking a skilled Certified Medication Aide to join our team for the night shift. As a Certified Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and quality service.

Salary: $24.00 per hour (based on years of experience)
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to patients with care and precision, following prescribed orders
- Observe and report any changes in patients' conditions or medication reactions
- Maintain accurate and detailed medication administration records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members about medications and care
- Assist in monitoring medication inventory
- Provide compassionate support to patients during medication administration
- Evaluate patient information and take action when necessary
Requirements:
- Current Certified Medication Aide license in good standing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a CMA, preferably in a similar healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of medication administration techniques and safety protocols
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
- Genuine compassion and patience when interacting with patients
