Job Summary

The Human Resources Service Center Representative I is a key member of the HR team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to faculty, staff, students, and retirees. This role involves responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support for HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide support for HR systems, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, and performance management.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and drive solutions to resolve problems.
  • Use software to track contacts, gather information, and document customer interactions.
  • Verify customer identity and maintain confidentiality.
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently, including new hires, job changes, and benefits information.
  • Communicate with management to ensure accuracy and compliance with Drexel policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Scheduling flexibility, including overtime during peak periods.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and web-based employee self-service applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in a Human Resources Call Center or Service Delivery role.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a business-related field.

Compensation

This position is classified as Non-Exempt, grade H. Compensation for this grade ranges from $17.14 to $25.71 per hour.
