Assistant Store Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Holiday Station Stores - Workday. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory management.
- Supervise and train store staff to ensure they are meeting customer service standards and achieving sales goals.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
