Job Title: Retail Key Carrier Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Key Carrier Coordinator to join our team at Marshalls Store 0168 in Fort Myers, FL. As a Key Carrier, you will alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles, taking on leadership responsibilities to maintain store operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service and promoting a positive internal and external customer experience
  • Act as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policy and procedure, and ensuring store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan
  • Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and exercise discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers
  • Maintain accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience and ensure Associates adhere to all operational procedures
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates, setting and addressing priorities, and providing progress updates
  • Provide feedback, recognition, and coaching to Associates, and partner with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs, support shrink reduction goals and programs, and promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment

  • Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
  • Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
  • Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
  • Capable of multi-tasking
  • Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

This position has a starting pay range of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
