About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team at General RV. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for coordinating special part orders, analyzing service logs, and managing inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate special part orders with manufacturers and ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze service logs to determine customer unit inventory and part status.
- Assist with organizing and managing parts shelves to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
- Participate in daily service meetings to stay informed and aligned with team goals.
- Communicate effectively with service managers, advisors, and manufacturers to ensure seamless part ordering and delivery.
- Verify part orders are accurate and undamaged, and communicate with manufacturers for returns if necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of our parts department.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or wholesale parts, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer knowledge with experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Bridgespeak software is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
