Shift Details:
Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate high-volume copying and production equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of office equipment.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and applying postage.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing and document imaging.
- Maintain inventory records and manage office supply distribution.
- Coordinate service requests and respond to customer inquiries regarding job statuses.
- Support meeting setups and light maintenance tasks as needed.
- Utilize various office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, and computers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with copying and office equipment is advantageous.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of shipping and receiving protocols.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
This position reports to the Site Manager or designated supervisor and plays a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency within the office environment.
