We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Coordinator to join our team in East Orlando. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in supporting our daily operations and contributing to our growth and success.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Procedure Development: Assist with creating and maintaining office procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Communication: Provide administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing email correspondence.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Conduct follow-up calls with vendors to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Record Maintenance: Help maintain and organize employee records and office documentation.
  • Operations Management: Ensure office operations run smoothly by coordinating with external vendors, service providers, and the IT department.
Requirements:
  • Location: Must be located in Central Florida.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree or previous experience in an office environment is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
