Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sourcing and supply market analysis for global service procurement projects within the United States.
  • Engage in discussions to confirm procurement requirements and perform supplier sourcing and on-site evaluations in Europe.
  • Facilitate the introduction of local suppliers and manage contracts, assisting the business in expanding operations, innovating operational models, identifying trending market resources, and ensuring the availability of high-quality supplies.
  • Oversee the execution and performance management of local procurement contracts, which includes purchasing, payment processes, risk management, supplier performance, and team ranking oversight.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in service procurement.
  • A solid grasp of procurement principles and processes, along with a foundational understanding of the Internet sector.
  • Proficient English communication skills, with substantial experience in business writing and negotiation.
  • Strong coordination and communication abilities, capable of independently conducting business negotiations and ensuring successful implementation outcomes.
  • A collaborative team player, quick learner, able to thrive under pressure, and eager to embrace new challenges.
  • A passion for gaming, with prior experience working with Chinese teams preferred.

The compensation for this role ranges from $86,350 to $172,270 annually, depending on market location and job-related expertise. Additional benefits may include a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and stock options, along with various medical and financial benefits tailored to the specific position.
