In this position, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency while developing data-driven strategies to enhance the performance of our sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate insights, and proactively develop solutions to enhance processes.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify existing challenges and propose actionable solutions, thereby improving business processes and service delivery.
- Implement sales planning, forecasting, and goal-setting methodologies for a rapidly growing sales organization.
- Drive initiatives focused on sales enablement and efficiency aimed at revenue growth and operational scalability.
- Assist the sales team in executing localized go-to-market strategies, resulting in an expanded customer base and increased revenue.
- Document data flows, operating procedures, and policies, identify bottlenecks in the sales process, and actively seek opportunities for enhancement.
- Support sales with daily operations, prioritize requests, and address escalations promptly.
- Collaborate with other MSO members to resolve sales support issues and identify areas for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, operations, strategy, or growth roles within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or other relevant quantitative fields from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in SalesForce or similar CRM solutions, as well as Tableau/Power BI or comparable data visualization tools.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex business challenges and synthesize findings for leadership.
- Advanced analytical capabilities; adept at gathering and structuring data for meaningful analysis and modeling, creating reports, and influencing decision-making.
- Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or other analytical tools is advantageous.
- Understanding of the digital advertising landscape and key performance indicators for mobile advertising is preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- A genuine passion for TikTok.
