They are expanding their operations in Texas and are seeking an individual to enhance their client service and account management initiatives in the Austin area.

The perfect candidate will possess significant experience in the group medical sector, a demonstrated history of achievement, and a passion for positively impacting their clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding of new employer accounts in collaboration with the sales and marketing departments.

• Coordinate with internal teams and resources for continuous enrollment, benefit fairs, and additional activities.

• Collaborate internally to ensure that employer and employee portals are accurately linked to the benefits documentation and plan details.

• Manage the ongoing enrollment modification process throughout the plan year.

• Provide continuous support and conduct meetings with employer group representatives to foster a strong relationship with the client, ensuring their needs and expectations are fulfilled at the highest standard.

• Work alongside the actuarial team and internal resources to formulate annual renewals and communicate them to the relevant parties at the client.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of proven experience with group life and health products.

• Established relationships with brokers in the market.

• Active Texas state life and health license.

• Bilingual proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 plus bonuses, comprehensive benefits package, and hybrid/remote work options.
