Job Title: Guest Services Specialist

At Alston & Bird, we are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Specialist to join our team in Atlanta. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Coordinate and manage all services related to visitor experience, firm business calls, reservation management, and emergency medical response liaison.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and personnel within the firm to address client requests and needs efficiently.
  • Serve as a visiting attorney's concierge, providing access card distribution and tracking, floor maps, office resources, and general directions in the local area.
  • Process guest identification and escort visitors throughout the premises in accordance with ISO policies.
  • Communicate via email the Atlanta Office Vitals, highlighting visitors, upcoming events, and Alston Room menu.
  • Serve as a resource for inquiries about the firm and areas of law we support.
  • Maintain the reception area to be client-ready and provide overtime support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite, EMS, and field-based data entry systems.
  • Previous experience of 3 or more years in a customer service position at a professional service establishment.
  • High School diploma minimum education preferred.
