Located in the heart of downtown, Palihotel Seattle is a boutique establishment that caters to discerning travelers and locals. Our 96 uniquely designed rooms and our locally-inspired dining venue, The Hart and The Hunter, provide an authentic Seattle experience. If you are enthusiastic about fostering genuine connections and excel in a vibrant hospitality setting, you may find a rewarding opportunity with us.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards across all hotel areas, including guest rooms and public spaces.
  • Managing the organization and presentation of materials within guest rooms.
  • Utilizing appropriate cleaning techniques and products to care for furniture and fixtures.
  • Executing cleaning tasks as directed by supervisors, prioritizing based on guest arrivals.
  • Disposing of waste and maintaining cleanliness in all areas.
  • Performing comprehensive cleaning duties in guest rooms, including replacing linens and removing waste.
  • Ensuring the proper replenishment of bathroom supplies and amenities.
  • Inspecting and replacing bathrobes as necessary.
  • Changing bed linens and preparing rooms for new guests.
  • Cleaning closets and ensuring all areas are free of dust and debris.
  • Arranging furniture according to established layouts.
  • Conducting thorough inspections of rooms for cleanliness and reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Dusting and polishing surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.
  • Ensuring all electronic devices are functioning correctly.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of windows and other surfaces.
  • Working flexible hours to accommodate hotel occupancy needs.
  • Adhering to uniform and grooming standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products and techniques.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Willingness to work various shifts as needed.
