The Registered Nurse Oncology position at Williamson Health requires a valid Tennessee nursing license, various certifications including BLS and ACLS, and the ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining compassionate patient care.

Key responsibilities include performing a comprehensive assessment on all patients, planning their care on an individual basis, identifying problems/needs, and developing standards of care/practice.

Apart from working in our 203-bed hospital (Williamson Medical Center), over 40 providers at our Williamson Health Medical Group locations, the Bone & Joint Institute, and the Monroe Carell Junior Children's Hospital Vanderbilt at Williamson Medical Center, you will have access to various training programs to enhance your skills and advance your career.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, you should be able to maintain accurate and timely documentation, handle medications safely, and perform other job-related duties as required.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
