Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing comprehensive assessments on all patients within the appropriate time frame of admission
  • Developing individualized patient care plans, identifying problems/needs, and implementing interventions consistent with identified problems and attainable outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care
  • Communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An earned nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
  • Licensure in the State of Tennessee
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire
  • Oncology experience and knowledge of chemotherapy and immunotherapy protocols
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
