Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Oncology to join our team. This role requires providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive assessments on patients, identifying problems and developing individualized care plans.
- Plan and implement treatment strategies, including medication administration and wound care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient progress, including lab results, vital signs, and medication lists.
- Develop and implement education plans for patients and families.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Tennessee nursing license.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Experience working in oncology or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $85,000 to $115,000 annually, based on experience. Additional benefits include:
