Job Description:

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Williamson Health in Franklin, Tennessee. As a Post Anesthesia Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless recovery experience for our patients.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic position that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing world-class care. You will work closely with our surgical team to coordinate the delivery of patient care, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care before and after anesthesia
  • Maintain high standards of care, documentation, and personal professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Support diverse patient needs and provide emotional support as needed
  • Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure timely and effective patient care
  • Document accurately and timely, and reassess patient's condition to modify plan of care accordingly
Requirements:
  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
  • One year experience in PACU Phase 1 or 2, CCU, or Emergency Room
  • Ability to communicate in English verbally and legibly
  • Able to lift with assistance up to 250 lbs and transport patients with assistance

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
