This 6-9 month accelerated training program offers professionals a promising future with a clear career path. The program includes development opportunities through live environment and classroom-style training, one-on-one mentoring, networking, and travel opportunities.
About the RoleYou will learn staff responsibilities, including Medical Reception Technician, Donor Support Technician, Phlebotomy, and Plasma Processing Technician during the production training phase (6 weeks). This is followed by Center Leadership Training (10-14 weeks), where you will attend classroom-style and live-environment training at our leadership training sites. In the final phase, Leadership Experience & Development (12 weeks), you will receive weekly one-on-one mentoring and complete leadership development classes.
Responsibilities- Trending and investigations of deviations
- Change management and improvement plans
- Provide feedback to staff on observations
- Lead audits and ensure center is inspection-ready
We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience, including 1 year supervisory or leadership experience. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and leadership skills.
