Biologics Discovery Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Research Associate I to join our Antibody Discovery group, a specialized team within the Protein Therapeutics function.
Key Responsibilities:- Support antibody discovery projects by conducting antibody sequencing/cloning from single B-cell and hybridoma samples.
- Conduct and analyze data from antibody screening and characterization assays.
- Analyze antibody sequences (Sanger and NGS).
- Present scientific results at functional team meetings and project team meetings.
- Maintain familiarity with relevant scientific literature.
- B.S. in biological sciences, preferably with at least 3 years of relevant hands-on lab experience.
- Ability to learn effectively from training and work independently on assignments.
- Experience in molecular biology techniques.
- Knowledge of antibody discovery platforms (single B-cell, hybridoma, in vitro display).
- Good written and oral communication skills, organized to track multiple workflows.
- Experience in antibody screening and characterization using biochemical assays and quantitative analysis of protein-protein binding interactions (e.g. ELISA, FACS, Octet) is a plus.
- Mammalian cell culture experience is a plus.
- Experience in flow cytometry is a plus.
- Competitive salary range: $92,000 - $120,000.
