About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Management Specialist to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our procurement and contracting team, you will be responsible for managing contracts across the entire spectrum of actions associated with providing supplies and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide business advice and guidance to program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance teams to effectively manage contracts.
  • Coordinate with customer buying representatives to build effective relationships and manage contracts to support business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval requirements for proposals and contractual actions.
  • Lead and support audits with internal and external audit teams and agencies to support contract-related activities and verify compliance.
  • Collect and compile contractual data and reports in response to corporate and business area requests.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related discipline from an accredited college/university.
  • Proficient MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work in virtual teams, in groups, or independently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to comprehend complex financial and business concepts.
  • Excellent time management skills.
