**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Setup Specialist to join our team at Bunker Hills Golf Course. As an Event Setup Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all event spaces are set up to specifications and broken down and cleaned after events. You will provide support as needed during events and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Interpret event orders and diagrams to set up event rooms to contracted specifications, including setting tables, chairs, staging, linen, and skirting
* Thoroughly knowledgeable on the set up and operation of all facility equipment and ensure all items are returned to designated storage locations
* Set and check all audiovisual equipment prior to guest arrival and secure it in the designated locked storage location
* Maintain guest entrances, lobby areas, restrooms, and outside perimeter locations prior to and during events, including snow and ice removal when necessary
* Set up, execute, and break down water service for meetings
* Maintain close communication with supervisor on all events, including supply needs and maintenance of all equipment
* Maintain linen storage areas and ensure linen is stored and organized by color and size
* Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance, and security of all banquet equipment, function rooms, storerooms, banquet support areas, and related areas within the department

**Requirements**

* Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
* Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk, squat, and reach
* Frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds
