Key Responsibilities:- Answer Incoming Calls: Respond to incoming calls from current tenants, prospective tenants, clients, owners, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Convert Inquiries to Showings: Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed showing appointments for our rental properties.
- Assist Prospective Tenants: Assist prospective tenants in finding properties that best meet their needs and provide them with detailed information about our properties.
- Collect Rent and Manage Payments: Collect rent and properly organize rent payments for our properties.
- Provide Customer Service: Answer basic questions regarding maintenance, property issues, leasing, and other related topics.
- Take Detailed Messages: Take detailed messages for agents and property managers and ensure that they are delivered promptly.
- Work with Multiple Databases: Work with multiple databases, including Chime, Showing Time, FlexMLS, and Appfolio, to manage rental leads and properties.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with clients, owners, and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Stay Knowledgeable: Remain knowledgeable about all homes on the market and be able to provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
- Overcome Obstacles: Overcome obstacles to closing a sale and ensure that rental leads are converted into successful transactions.
- Assist with Office Work: Assist with general office work and tasks as needed.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Reliable Vehicle: Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Availability to Work Nights and Weekends: Must be available to work nights and weekends as required.
- Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills: Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple rental leads and properties.
- Professional Appearance: Must be able to maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Ability to Work Independently and with a Team: Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Computer Literacy: Must have computer literacy and be able to work with multiple databases and software systems.
