Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Construction Project Administrator to join our team at CDM Smith. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for obtaining, assembling, and analyzing complex information and data from various sources. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will enable you to prepare reports, create spreadsheets, and draft correspondence for review and signature.

You will also support document control efforts, room coordination, and other electronic systems as determined by the project. Additionally, you will prepare and schedule project activities, including travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments. Your ability to work with management teams to resolve issues and perform other duties as required will be essential to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain, assemble, and analyze complex information and data from various sources
  • Prepare reports, create spreadsheets, and draft correspondence for review and signature
  • Support document control efforts, room coordination, and other electronic systems
  • Prepare and schedule project activities, including travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments
  • Work with management teams to resolve issues and perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 7 years of related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent ability to interact with all levels of staff and vendors
  • Ability to work with many people simultaneously and to process a large volume of requests
  • Excellent personal computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
