Job Overview

As a results-driven Branch Manager at Service Today Heating and Air, you will lead our top-performing team in Federalsburg, MD. This role offers the opportunity to drive the growth and success of a multi-million-dollar residential HVAC division while enjoying unparalleled support and recognition for your achievements.

About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee branch operations, including service managers, technicians, and administrative staff. They will develop and implement a strategic business plan to meet and exceed revenue and gross profit goals. Additionally, they will drive business development through geographic expansion and new service offerings.

What We Offer
We offer competitive compensation, with an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Relocation package available for qualified candidates. Sign-on bonus to welcome you to the team. Company vehicle provided to support mobility and productivity. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, short-term and long-term disability insurance, company-paid life insurance, paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays. Essential Responsibilities

Requirements
* Proven leadership and communication skills* Strong business acumen and ability to create and execute strategic plans* Excellent analytical skills using KPIs and data to drive decisions* Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally within the organization* Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred* 5+ years of managerial experience in the service industry with P&L accountability, sales, and customer service experience
