This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in recruiting, preferably in administrative or industrial service lines.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Recruiter who can work collaboratively with our clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with client hiring managers to anticipate and meet staffing needs
  • Marketing qualified candidates to new and existing clients
  • Advising client hiring managers on staffing decisions
  • Increasing branch profitability through business growth and gross margin management

You will also be responsible for managing job postings, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous recruiting experience, preferably in administrative or industrial service lines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively
