About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Associate to join our US Commercial Risk team in Denver. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic support to our Account Executives and manage a small book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic support to Account Executives and manage a small book of business.
  • Support Account Executives on assigned accounts, managing key processes that serve clients and coordinating client-facing and internal activities.
  • Manage the renewal process and other strategic functions related to DAU/Client Promise/SAR meetings.
  • Demonstrate skills by implementing activities such as confirmation of new and renewal policies, recording of policy receipts and deliveries, verification of endorsements, collection and review of audits and dividends and order corrections.
  • Become a specialist on moderately to highly sophisticated accounts.
  • Pick up knowledge of market and relationship management while flexing negotiation skills by crafting fee proposals and agreements.
  • Collect and analyze data and drafts, including assigned elements of client service plans, stewardship reports and other convincing presentations tailored to the needs of the audience and the circumstances of the presentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years Property & Casualty (P&C) experience.
  • Active Property & Casualty license must be maintained to accurately service clients and within the first 6 months of employment.
  • Excellent digital literacy, including working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
